Payment
We offer a secure online payment transaction through PayPal using SSL (secure sockets layer). Your credit card and personal information are safe. We do not store any of your credit card information in our system.
To pay with a debit or credit card, click on the PayPal link on our check out page. The Debit and Credit card option is below the PayPal login information. Or pay with PayPal by clicking on the PayPal link as well.
Shipping
Soap bars and soap dishes are packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days from receiving of payment. Soaping supplies, crafts, and soap products not including soap bars are packaged and shipped within 5-10 business days from receiving of payment . Wood carvings are packaged and shipped within 10-14 business days from receiving of payment .
We ship our products with United States Postal Service. Larger soap dish quantities and other heavier orders are shipped with UPS. We will email you a confirmation message with shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped. We require signature on larger shipments.
We do not offer express shipping or international shipping. We currently only ship within the US.
We will ship your order to the shipping address listed on your order. Any questions, please send us an e-mail.

The price quotes are only valid for 30 days.
Return, Refund & Exchange
If there is visual damage to the outside of the package(s) when it was delivered, please refuse the package(s) then navigate to our Contact Us page and fill out the form. Please include the order number, your name, address and phone number, and a description of the damage. The customer 10 days after receiving the damaged package(s) to return the damaged package(s). The refund might take a whole billing period to show on your credit card.
If there is damage to any product(s) inside the package, please navigate to our Contact Us page and fill out the form. Please include the order number, your name, address and phone number, and a description of the damage. We will email you a return label for you to return the damaged product(s) to us. Product(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts. We will refund the sale after receiving the damaged product(s). The refund might take a whole billing period to show on your credit card. If the customer rather have replacement product(s) instead of a refund , we will mail the replacement product(s) after receiving the damaged product(s). The customer has 10 days after receiving the damaged product(s) to return the damaged product(s).
Custom & Larger Quantity Orders
We will need 14-21 business days from receiving of payment on larger quantity soap dish orders. Depending on how large the quantity is and if each soap dish is being engraved, we might need more days than 14-21 business days. Also depending on what quantities we have available, we might be able to ship them sooner.
We will need 14-21 business days from receiving of payment on CUSTOM soap dish size and CUSTOM wood type soap dish orders. Depending on what we have available in wood, we might be able to ship them sooner.
Depending on how large the soap dish order is, we might have to buy or order wood. We will purchase or order the wood after receiving payment in full.
We charge a design fee for special custom soap dishes that we design based on customer request. Also if this is for a wholesale order, we require a minimum order quantity which will be discussed based on each order.
Custom or larger quantity for OTHER PRODUCTS, we will contact you regarding how much time we will need. The time frame will depends on the product and what the request is.
We are not able to start working on custom or larger quantity order until we have received full payment.
PPC Handmade is a small business and we do our best to get your order completed and shipped as soon as possible. All products are handmade and no mass production!
